The main level has one bedroom, featuring a queen bed and a half bath. The second level has a master suite with adjoining rooms (1 KIng/1 Queen) and two additional bedrooms (1 Queen/2 Full Size Beds). The third level has a "camp style" feeling (4 Twin/1 Queen). Additionally, there is a seasonal sleeping porch, that accommodates 2 twin beds, which must be requested at time of booking.

House and City Rules
The guest is required to sign a disclosure form that is required by City upon arrival.
The disclosure communicates city rules and other basic requirements.
The City does not allow events at any short-term rental properties.
The City requires that all guests park on-site, not on the street. At Durant House we provide 15 parking spaces.
We do not rent to bachelor parties, as house is located in quiet neighborhood. Bachelorette parties and other groups are very welcome, local ordinance requires quiet after 10 pm.
We reserve the right to charge for damages, as necessary, and/or additional charges for not following checkout procedures. Checkout procedure provided on/by day of check in.
It is imperative for us to get in and clean quickly after each visit, therefore we reserve the right to add a $50/hr late check out fee for guests who have not made prior arrangements with us. Check out by 11 am. Thanks.
Pets are not allowed in/on the properties
Each property has a maximum overnight guest limit
